General Data Protection Regulation
VacationClub 2 Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Kołobrzeg, for the purpose of data protection, ensures that data processing is carried out in accordance with applicable legal regulations, in particular in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter "GDPR").
Basic concepts related to the protection of personal data:
CONTROLLER
A natural or legal person who decides on the purposes and methods of processing your personal data
PERSONAL DATA
Any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person ("data subject")
PROCESSING
An operation or set of operations that the Controller performs on your data, i.e., collecting, recording, organizing, structuring, storing, modifying, viewing, deleting, or destroying, etc.
